Rugeley & District Lions Club is proud to support Staffordshire Women’s Aid through a donation of essential items to help local people affected by domestic abuse.
On Wednesday 8 July 2026, members of the Club’s Lionesses delivered a wide range of much-needed supplies, including sun cream, toiletries, food and household cleaning products. These everyday essentials will help provide comfort and practical support to individuals and families accessing the charity’s services.
The donation reflects the Club’s ongoing commitment to supporting vulnerable members of the local community and working alongside organisations that make a real difference to people’s lives.
Staffordshire Women’s Aid provides specialist support, advice and safe accommodation for people experiencing domestic abuse across Staffordshire, including those living in Rugeley. Their dedicated team offers confidential help to adults, children and young people, empowering them to rebuild their lives free from abuse.
